A particular person from South Paris, Maine, used to be arrested earlier this week for his alleged reference to the Jan. 6 attack on the US Capitol. 

Todd Tilley used to be taken into custody Tuesday and is charged with four counts linked to coming into restricted areas, disruptive habits in restricted areas and on Capitol grounds, and demonstrating in a Capitol building, in conserving with a release from the Boston division of the FBI.

His initial appearance took come by 22 situation at 3: 30 p.m. Tuesday at the U.S. District Court in Portland, Maine, and he used to be “ordered released on conditions,” in conserving with the discharge.

The 61-365 days-damaged-down is scheduled to seem almost in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., on June 28 at 1 p.m., the discharge acknowledged.
